Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of food products divided into parts to the Primary School No. 358. Hetman Jan Zamoyski, at ul. Saint Urszula Ledochowska 10 in Warsaw, corresponding qualitatively to the detailed commercial (industry) standards and general commercial standard specified in applicable law.
Delivery of fresh vegetables and fruits
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quality requirements of the raw materials being the subject of the order are included in Price calculation No. 3A to SWZ - Price calculation for part No. 1 - Delivery of fresh vegetables and fruits.
Ordering party requires the Contractor to provide a quality guarantee for the delivered item of the order. The "quality guarantee" assumes that the shelf life of the articles delivered to the Ordering Party will be at least:
1) vegetables and fruits - 5 days from the date of each delivery;
2) seasonal fruits (strawberry, blueberry, apricot, plum) - 2 days from the date of each delivery;
general food
A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quality requirements of the raw materials being the subject of the order are included in the Price Calculation - Annex No. 3B to SWZ - Price calculation for part No. 2 - Delivery of dairy products and art. general food.
