- The subject of the order is the supply of groceries for the needs of the Krakow Senior Center. The subject of the order was divided into 10 parts:
1) delivery of poultry and pork and beef - part I of the order,
2) delivery of cold meats part II of the order,
3) delivery of dairy products and eggs part III orders,
4) bread delivery part IV of the order,
5) delivery of cakes part 5 of the order,
6) delivery of fresh fruit and vegetables part VI of the order,
7) delivery of cereal products, spices and preserves - VII part of the order,
8) delivery of delicatessen products - VIII part of the order,
9) delivery of frozen food and frozen fish part IX of the order,
10) delivery of sweets part X of the order

A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Forms - List of Food Products constituting Annexes No. 3a) - 3j) to SWZ. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to indicate in the List of Food Products (Appendices No. 3a) - 3j) to the SWZ in the column: Manufacturer/brand (obligatory), own name (if applicable), manufacturer/brand/own name (if the product has one) of the offered product in order to ensure correct identification of the offered goods and their compliance with the terms of the order. When describing the subject of the order, the ordering party provides the brands of individual products only to specify the quality parameters of the specified products
