- 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of food products to the Ordering Party at ul. Kociuszki 2A in Iawa. 2. Description of the subject of the order: 1) All products included in the subject of the order must be of Class I quality and comply with applicable quality standards; 2) the products must be delivered in original, undamaged, tightly closed packaging, correctly marked in Polish; 3) all products must have the necessary testing and marketing authorization documents as well as certificates and approvals required by applicable regulations and standards, documents which the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party, at his request, at every stage of the validity of the contract; 4) the size of the packaging in the event that producers use additional quantities in the form of freebies or additions to the basic packaging, the Ordering Party will understand it as the actual total size of the packaging; in the event of a change in the size of the packaging introduced by the manufacturer, the ordering party provides for a change in the method of packaging while maintaining the principle of proportionality in relation to the price covered by the contract, at the written request of the Contractor, provided that yield...
