- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products to the school canteen at the Secondary School. King Kazimierz Jagielloczyk in Wysokie Mazowieckie, ul. 1000 Lecia 15, 18-200 Wysokie Mazowieckie made by the contractor depending on assortment Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ for submitting an offer, according to specific hours and delivery dates: Table A (Vegetables and fruit) every day from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. 2. Food products will be delivered in quantities consistent with partial orders placed by persons authorized, by telephone or in writing no later than 2 p.m. on the day preceding delivery at the prices specified in the detailed offer form constituting Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.3. Foodstuffs that are the subject of the order must meet the requirements specified by the Polish authorities Standards.4. The provision of the supplies described above is required for the following location of the Ordering Party: Secondary School of Oglnoksztacce im. King Kazimierz Jagielloczyk in Wysokie Mazowieckie, 18-200 Wysokie Mazowieckie, ul. 1000th Anniversary 15.5.
