Description:
1. The subject of the order includes the supply of food products to the Sunny Kindergarten in Duszniki from January 2, 2026 to December 31, 2026. Note! The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of changing the order execution date due to the prolonged procedure for awarding a public contract. The implementation of the subject of the order involves the successive delivery of vegetables and fruits, meat and cold meats, frozen foods, canned and flour products, spices, fats and others, sweets, bread, dairy products and fish for the needs of current nutrition in 2026 for the Sunny Kindergarten in Duszniki. The subject of the order includes deliveries with transport and unloading to the delivery address: Soneczne Przedszkole in Duszniki, ul. Kolejowa 7A, 64-550 Duszniki. Detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ Draft Agreement (appropriate for each Part of the order from 1 to 8) and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Offer Form and the attached separate price forms for each Part of the order from 1 to 8), which should be considered together.
