- Dairy products. The subject of the order is the delivery of dairy products (e.g. milk, cheese, cream, yogurt) to the warehouses of the Ordering Party, Zesp Szkolno-Przedszkolny in Cikowice, ul. Tysiclecia 12, 33-190 Cikowice, School and Kindergarten Complex in Jastrbia, Jastrzbia 1, 33-191 Jastrbia, Dairy products will be delivered to the Ordering Party's warehouses, depending on needs, in quantities ordered by e-mail by the Ordering Party's representative. The order will be placed at least 1 day before delivery. Deliveries of goods will take place from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Supply of products described in Annex 1A should take place at least 2 times a week. The contractor will receive remuneration for deliveries actually made. The detailed scope of deliveries is specified in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ offer cost estimate. The given quantities of products in individual parts are estimates and may be increased or decreased. Suy they will only be used to compare offers and select the most advantageous offer, i.e. they do not constitute the final size of the order, and as a result, they cannot constitute the basis for filing claims for unfulfilled supplies...
