- 1. The order of the contract includes the supply of hardware and software and the central UPS together with the adaptation of the room.
2. The landlord divides the subject of the order into three parts. The contractor may submit an offer for one or two or three parts of the order.
3.1. The first part of the order includesDelivery:
- portable computer- 19 pcs.,
- docking station- 18 pcs,
- desktop computer in a SFF small housing- 10 pcs,
- desktop computer in a terminal small housing- 14 pcs,
- monitor- 40 pcs,
description of the subject of the contract for the first part of the order for the first part of the contractContains Annex 3.1. to swz.
warranty period for the subject of the contract: min. 36 months (the warranty period is a criterion for evaluation of offers in accordance with point 16.1. SWZ).
3.2. The second part of the order includes the delivery of a colorful multifunctional device - 4 pcs and MOPO MULTIFUNIVE device - 3pcs.
warranty 60 months of the device manufacturer.
In the event of a failure/fault of multifunctional devices, the contracting authority requires that the time to take the repair time to remove the failure was up to 2 hours or up to 3 hours or up to 4 hours from the moment of notification (criterion for assessing offers point 16 SWZ).
byThe time of repair is understood - the time of the service for repairing equipment on site at the headquarters of the Ordering Party.
