Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
a) the delivery of factory new equipment with documentation;
b) granting or ensuring warranty and providing the warranty service within it;
c) delivery of software subscription with documentation;
d) granting or providing the warranty service on Software;
e) installation and launch of supplied hardware and software.
2. In the scope of the basic order, the Contractor shall provide the Employer with Equipment - Servers type 1 - 5 pieces with software - 1 piece.
3. In the scope of the order under the law, the Employer may order the Contractor Equipment supply - Type 1 server with extension of the private cloud software, according to SOPZ, up to 3 pieces.
4. The concise description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ - SOPZ.
