Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of hardware platforms for the implementation of specialist training carried out in the basic scope - 22 pcs.
2. The landlord requires that the delivered equipment to the subject of the contract be factory -new, unused, be in an undamaged state, technically efficient, complete and ready for use and met the norms required by Polish law and was free from legal defects.
For damages caused by the fault of improper packaging and/or transport The contractor is to blame.
4. The use of each 1 pcs of hardware platfromes for the implementation of specialist training implemented in the basic scope (set shown in the table), described in Annex 4 to SWZ must be implemented to the following organizational units of the Treasury specified in the state -owned organizational units specified in order documents.
5. Detailed scope of services, the method of order processing and obligations
Contractors specify the following documents: - Annex 4 to SWZ, i.e. description of the subject of the contract (in short OPZ) and - Annex 3 to SWZ, i.e. the proprietary provisions of the contract together with attachments
6. Purchase implemented as part of the project entitled: "Increase
