- 1. The order included the supply of hats and hats for uniform, business and field uniforms.
2. The subject of uniforms provided as part of the contract must come from current production and must be new and in line with the requirements of the Employer.
3. Contractor may before submitting the offerview at the headquarters of the Ordering Party (00-463 Warsaw, ul. OpchoraΕΌych 38) a model of the subject of the contract (after prior agreement on the date of the visit with the person authorized to communicate with the contractors).
4. The contractor selected during the public procurement procedure is obliged toimplementation of the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
5. After signing the contract, and before launching the production, the Contractor will be obliged to provide the template of the subject of the contract together with the required documents - in accordance with Β§2 of the draft contract constituting an attachment toSWZ - during a maximum of half the period in which the Contractor obliges to complete the basic order in the offer.
6. The Contractor will process the basic order within 90 days from the date of signing the contract, and in the event of the contracting authority with the right option - the Contractorwill implement the option within 90 days from the date of the contracting authority submitting a statement on exercising the right of options.
7. The minimum required warranty period for the subject of the contract is 24 months from the date of its issue from the warehouse for use, while its storage periodpr... - Documents:
