Description:
1. The subject of the proceedings is the supply of new (unused) OHS articles for the needs of the 31st tactical air base.
246 paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Law, the subject of the contract was included in Annex 1a - "price form" to SWZ and in Annex 4 to SWZ - "contract draft" to SWZ.
