3 Whenever the SWZ will be used in the following part:
a) "products" - this concept should be understoodand useful materials indicated in Annex 2 (FCJ)
b) "equipment" - this concept should be understood as a leased device whose description is included in Annex 2 on task 8
2. Estimated amounts of products and a detailed description of the subject of the contract include Annex 2 to SWZ (FCJ)
Task No. 1:Vascular prostheses with aortic valve
1 .. The subject of the contract is the supply of heart valves, products for cardiac surgery, Cyrocath cryoabulator products and the lease of instruments for the bridge stabilization system.
1.1. Whenever the SWZ will be used:
