• 1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of heating diesel (light heating oil) intended for heating purposes for the Police School
  in Katowice in an estimated amount of 42.3 m3 = 42 300 l, with parameters:
  1) Fralment value - min. 42.6 MJ/kg,
  2) ignition temperature - min. 56˚C,
  3) Sulfur content - max. 0.10%(m/m),
  4) flow temperature - max. -20˚C,
  5) density at 15˚C - max. 860 kg/m3,
  6) Kinematic viscosity at 20˚C - max. 6.0 mm2/s,
  7) to 250˚C distilns - max. 65%,
  8) distilns to 350˚C - min. 85%,
  9) water content- max. 200 mg/kg,
  10) Content of solid pollution - max 24 mg/kg,
  11) Remaining of coking in 10% distillation residues - max. 0.3 %(m/m),
  12) remnant of incineration - max. 0.01%(m/m),
  from the date of signing the contract, for a period of 77 days or until prior exhaustion of the total valuegross agreement resulting from the contractor's offer, unloading at the place indicated by the Ordering Party, taking into account that the vehicle will be 30 m from the place where the tank is located.utility water - as a source of substitute fuel.
