Description:
The subject of the fall is the supply of heating oil in an estimated number of 42,510 liters, in the period from the date of signing the contract to 31.05.2026 to the Kotownia located in: a) public building of the Primary School in Rusinow, ul. Szkolna 47, 26-411 Rusinw; b) local government kindergarten in Rusinow based Gaki 72a, 26-411 Rusinw; c) building of the health oroda in Rusinow, ul. Zacisna 30, 26-411 Rusinw. Heating oil must spend the requirements specified in the ordinance of the Minister of Economy of 9 Padziernik 2015 in the case requires quality for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1314, as amended) and Requirements of the Polish standard PN-C-96024 species L1. The first delivery and subsequent deliveries will be made according to the Price List of the manufacturer on which the oil will be supplied.
