Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of heating oil in the amount of 30,000 liters to the tank (with a capacity of 50,000 liters) at the building of the School Complex in Drohiczyn at ul. Warszawska 51, 17-312 Drohiczyn, having the following characteristics: - ignition temperature + 56 degrees C; - solidification point - viscosity kinematic at a temperature of 20 degrees C - sulfur content - density at a temperature of 15 degrees C - water content 2. The subject of the order has not been divided into parts. The order is awarded in parts, each of them constitutes a separate tender procedure. 3. The contractor is obliged to complete the order in accordance with the following rules: i conditions described in the draft contract template constituting Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase diesel oil for heating purposes during the term of the contract for a gross amount not less than 90% of the gross value of the contract, and the Contractor will not make any claims for this. claims.
