Description:
Delivery of heating oil to the building of the Primary School in Pustelnik, Stanisaww Commune. The subject of the order is the supply of fuel oil for heating purposes for the building of the Primary School in Pustelnik, Stanisaww Commune, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party estimates the order of heating oil in quantity of 60,000 liters. The final quantity of oil purchased will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party. The price of transport is to be included in the price of fuel oil. The price level depends on the current price level of the fuel manufacturer. The Ordering Party requires that each batch of fuel delivered contains quality certificate issued by a competent entity. The contractor will provide a cashless transaction method. During the transaction, the amount and type of fuel consumed will be recorded. The contractor is responsible for the quality of the supplied fuel.
