Description:
1.1. The subject of the felling is the supply of oxygen oil for the municipality of Choce and organizational units. 1.2. The subject of the fall includes: successive supply of lightweight oak oil to heating cells in the number of 245 m to the following units: a) School and Preschool Complex in Choceń 45 MB) Commune Office in Choceń 42 MC) Primary School of Anna Wajcowicz in Miowice (including Kindergarten 10 m3) 34 MD) Primary School Kujawska Land in Wilkowice 26 me) Commune Sports and Recreation MP 46 mf) Choceskie Centrum Kultury Biblioteka 21 mg) Commune social assistance oroda (including Daily House of Stay) 14 MH) Obek Pomponik in Choceń 17 M1.3. The ordered amount of oil is expected, estimated (+/-) demand and may change. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the size of deliveries in relation to the estimated demand specified in SWZ. In this case, the Contractor does not pour out In view of the contracting claim for damages. 1.4. Customs requirements: Lightwear oil must be in accordance with the standards: PN-C-96024: 2020-12. 1.5. The contractor is obliged to be delivered to each delivery Zamaw.
