Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the supply of approximately 105 m3 of light L-1 fuel oil for heating purposes, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party and the organizational units listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as recipients, and its successive delivery to these tanks recipients. Settlements of remuneration for the sale of fuel oil will be made individually with each payer listed in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ on the basis of invoices issued after each delivery. The subject of the order must meet the requirements specified in PN-C-96024: 2011/petroleum products, fuel oils/ for L-1 grade. The delivered quantity of fuel oil should be invoiced in accordance with the volumetric fuel sales system based on m3 at a reference temperature of 15C. The Contractor is responsible for the quality of the delivered fuel. Minimum parameters of light fuel oil: - density at a temperature of 15C cannot be greater than 860 kg/m3; - calorific value (energy) cannot be lower than 42.6 MJ/kg; - ignition temperature cannot be lower than 56C; - sulfur content cannot be higher than 0.1%; - water content cannot be higher than 200 mg/kg; - s...
