Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of light fuel oil in the amount of 160 m3 to educational institutions and cultural institutions in the Lipno Commune. When writing light fuel oil, the Ordering Party also means heating diesel oil or heating oil referred to in this SWZ.2. Place of delivery: 1) Team School in Karnkow; 2) Primary School in Wichow; 3) Village Cultural Center in Chodorek, 3. The oil must meet the following quality requirements: Light fuel oil must meet the requirements of the Polish Standard PN-C-96024: 2020-12 Petroleum products. Fuel oils in the field of light fuel oil grade L-1 and requirements Regulation of the Minister of Energy of December 1, 2016 on quality requirements regarding the sulfur content of oils and the types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008). Light fuel oil must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of November 28, 2022 on marking and coloring of energy products (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2633).
