The subject of the contract is the supply of light heating oil L - 1 for heating purposes that meet the requirements set out in PN - C - 96024: 2020 - 12 - Polish version and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 01.12.2016 on quality requirements regarding the content of sulfur for oils and types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws 2016, item 2008) with qualitative and quantitative parameters:
