Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of light fuel oil for the needs of the City Hall of Kostrzyn nad Odr, to separate oil boiler rooms located in two buildings, the first boiler room at ul. Graniczna 4, equipped with a tank with a capacity of 8,000 liters and a second boiler room at ul. Graniczna 7 equipped with a tank with a capacity of 4,500 liters, according to the needs of the Ordering Party, in a maximum quantity of 75 thousand. liters.2. Terms of delivery: 1. Deliveries should be made successively, according to the Ordering Party's needs, and within the time specified in the separate partial order submitted by the Ordering Party.2. Ordering party orders will be placed by fax, telephone or e-mail by 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday.3. The Contractor will make partial deliveries no later than (in accordance with the Contractor's offer)... from the moment the Ordering Party places the order, with the reservation that if the Ordering Party places order on Friday by 2 p.m., the order will be processed on Monday.
