1. The subject of the order is the supply of heating oil for the needs of the Obryte Commune in 2026. 1) The task will consist in the successive deliveries of light fuel oil to schools in the Obryte Commune, the Commune Office in Obrytem and the Village Cultural Center in Obryte in 2026 in an amount of approximately 80 m3, with the reservation that that the volume of supplies of fuel oil may change, depending on the prevailing weather conditions during the heating season. Due to the specification of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party is not able to precisely determine the amount of oil that will be delivered to the Ordering Party during the validity period. contracts. The Ordering Party reserves that for reasons beyond its control, the quantity of the subject of the order may be used less without any consequences for the Ordering Party. The ordering party undertakes to purchase 50 m3 during the duration of the contract.
