Description:
1.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of heating oil to the building of the Primary School. Polish Olympic Games in Kramsko, located at ul. Koniskiej 20, 62-511 Kramsk in a maximum quantity of 80,000.00 liters, with the minimum qualitative and quantitative parameters specified in the item description orders (Appendix No. 7 to SWZ)1.2. The amount of fuel oil specified in point 1.1 is an estimate used to determine the maximum order value. The ultimately purchased amount of heating oil will depend on the current needs of the Ordering Party, but the total gross value of the ordered oil cannot exceed maximum gross value of the contract. If the Ordering Party purchases less than the estimated amount of fuel oil, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims in this respect.1.4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 7 to the SWZ. If the SWZ includes references to standards, assessment technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 of the Public Procurement Law and Art. 3 and 5 of the PZP, the ordering party allows equivalent solutions.
