Description:
1. Subject of the order 1.1. The subject of the order is: successive delivery and unloading of heating fuel oil meeting the requirements of the PN-C-96024 standard in the field of light L-1 fuel oil in an amount of approximately 45,000 liters in the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, with parameters worse than: 1.2. Technical parameters of fuel oil: sulfur content up to 0.1%, calorific value not lower than 42.6 MJ/kg, flowing temperature not higher than -20o C, solid impurity content not higher than 24 mg/kg, water content not higher than 200 mg/kg, red color, single delivery within approx. 10,000 liters 1.3. The amount of fuel oil indicated in the SWZ is planned. The amounts given may be increased or decreased. The actual volume of deliveries will be appropriate to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. 1.4. The Ordering Party reserves that in the event of lower demand due to reasons beyond its control (e.g. warm winter) is not obliged to purchase the entire order. 1.5.
