- The subject of the order is the supply of heating oil for the Social Welfare Home in Chlebno. The type of light fuel oil supplied should meet the requirements of the currently applicable Polish standard PN-C-96024 and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of December 1, 2016. regarding quality requirements regarding sulfur content for oils and the types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used. The ordering party allows solutions equivalent to the above standards. The ordering party requires that the oil has at least the following parameters: calorific value min. 42.6 MJ/kg, sulfur content 0.1% (m/m), content water max. 200 mg/kg, density at 15oC max. 0.860 kg/m3, ignition temperature min. 56oC, viscous kinematic at 20oC max. 6.00 mm2/s, remaining after coking (from 10% of distillation residue) max. 0.3% (m/m), remaining after incineration max. 0.01% (m/m), solid impurities content max. 24 mg/kg, fractional composition: up to a temperature of 250oC, distills max. 65% (V/V), up to a temperature of 350oC distills min. 85% (V/V), pouring temperature max. minus 20oC.
