Description:
1) The subject of the order is the sale and successive deliveries of light fuel oil meeting the requirements specified in the PN-C-96024:2011 standard for L-1, intended for heating purposes, hereinafter referred to as fuel oil, to the Social Welfare Home in Czachow, Czachw 54, with an estimated quantity of approximately 25,000 liters. heating value min. 42.6 MJ/kg; ignition temperature min. +56C; sulfur content max. 0.100% (m/m) density at + 15C max. 0.86c/cm3 Together with the deliveries, the Contractor is obliged to provide the Ordering Party with a quality certificate (certificate) confirming the parameters specified in the above standard. The delivery will be carried out successively based on an order by telephone or fax with 2 days' notice. Diesel oil will be delivered in road tankers, sealed and secured in accordance with the law. Tank capacity of the Social Welfare Home in Czachow: 5x1000 liters and 2x750 liters. It is allowed gravity unloading possible, as well as those with forced circulation. One-time delivery of a maximum of 5,500 liters, possible delivery of small-size tank trucks, to be verified by the potential Contractor, the quantity of a single order oil...
