Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of heating oil for the Sue Ryder Nursing Home in Kakowo Godowo from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The average annual quantity of oil will be approximately 55,000 liters from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. total quantity delivered oil over the entire order period will be approximately 55,000 liters. The Ordering Party allows for an increase in this amount by 20%. The scope of the order includes the delivery of the ordered light fuel oil to the ordering party's headquarters and filling the tanks in the DPS building in Godow. Oil will be delivered in batches of approx. 10,000 liters after notification by the ordering party by telephone or fax. The ordering party has two boiler rooms. The first one contains eight tanks, the second one has four tanks. Each tank has a capacity of 1,000 liters. Unloading is replaced by a truck pump attached to the tanker. Scope of the order includes deliveries in accordance with CPV: main subject CPV 09.13.51.00-5. Deliveries covered by the subject of the order should be made in accordance with the conditions contained in the ToR and the template contracts.
