• The subject of the procedure is to collect offers for the supply of a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system for 609A-10 wagons in the amount of 14 sets. Requirements: · in accordance with the attached specification 609A-ST-025. The offer should include the following items: 1. Net price and conditions payments (30-day transfer).2. Completion time of the subject of the proceedings.3. Validity of the offer.4. Warranty terms.5. Delivery conditions - DAP required according to Incoterms 2020.6. Contact person. The following should be attached to the offer in the form of attachments: 1. Current data registration and contract (entry in CEIDG, current KRS in PDF).2. Current business insurance (OC). Please submit the offer in the purchasing platform by adding the value according to the criteria in the Purchasing Platform and the offer should be submitted in in the form of a PDF attachment with all the above-mentioned documents for the procedure. Please send questions regarding technical or commercial matters only via the Purchasing Platform in the "Questions/Information" tab. We reserve the right to reject offers, that do not meet all the requirements of the procedure. Offers will be excluded at the final stage of evaluation, after verification carried out by the Technical Department and the Purchasing Department.
