The subject of the order includes a factory delivery of a new, produced not earlier than in 2025, a heavy rescue and fire -fighting car with a 6 -person cabin on 4 x 2 city drive chassis - GCBA for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Raszyn.
The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish regulations:
- on road traffic, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1047, as amended d.) together with executive provisions to the Act.
- ordinances of ministers: internal affairs and administration, national defense, finance and justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and used for special purposes of the Police, security agencies Internal, intelligence agency, military counterintelligence services, military intelligence services, the Central Anti -Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Tax Administration, Prison Service and Fire Brigade (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594)
On the day of actual acceptance, it should be present a proper certificate of technical tests for special vehicles
