- 1) The subject of the order is the delivery of a heavy rescue and fire-fighting vehicle with the function of supplying water for domestic purposes. The Ordering Party requires that the vehicle and bodywork are: brand new, technically efficient, and free from physical defects (construction, materials and workmanship) or legal defects and meeting the requirements specified in applicable legal regulations, in particular regarding the approval of the vehicle for road traffic, consistent with the requirements specified in the OPZ and the designed contractual provisions, chassis production year 2025, engine, chassis and cabin from the same manufacturer. 2) The contractor's offer price should include: preparation of the vehicle in accordance with the requirements and regulations and standards described in the OPZ and indicated in the OPZ, obtaining all required approval certificates and certificates and submitting them to the Ordering Party, providing the Ordering Party with the documents indicated in the OPZ - including instructions, conducting training in the basic operation of the car in question handover, the car handed over by the Contractor to the Ordering Party will have a full fuel tank and other operating fluids, including AdBlue. 3) The contractor is obliged to carefully check the description of the subject of the order due to the fact that that the supply contract is a lump sum contract. 4) All materials offered must be free from physical and legal defects, free from third party rights and cannot be the subject of any proceedings or security...
