- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a heavy rescue and fire-fighting car with 4x4 drive for the Volunteer Fire Brigade in Wejherowo.

1) planned provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 7 to SWZ,
2) Description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
3. The order will be co -financed from a purpose subsidy resulting from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program.
The Purchaser reserves the right to annul this procedure for awarding the contract if the funds Public, which he intended to finance all or part of the contract, were not awarded to him.
