- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a heavy rescue and fire -fighting car for the needs of the Volunteer Fire Brigade unit in Dobre Miasto.
2. The Contractor will provide the subject of the order of a factory new, year of production not older than 2024, free from construction, material defects, without signs earlier operation and not subject to the rights of third parties. The contractor guarantees that the materials used to perform the subject of the contract will be of good quality, new and free from defects. The contractor is responsible for their quality. The subject of the contract will be made of materials for which relevant certificates were issued, Approvals and approvals (decisions) of certification units or are made of materials in line with Polish standards transmitting European harmonized standards or equivalent standards.
3.
