The contracting authority does not allow partial offers.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in attachments 2b and 3.
The contracting authority declares that he is qualified in the current comprehensive agreement in the PGNiG tariff group - BW - 7.
The contracting authority declares that the guaranteed power ordered necessary to ensure the safety of persons and the exclusion of damage or destruction of technological facilities is 500 m3/h and as an ordering entity for hospital facilities under the Act is not subject to restrictions.
The contracting authority declares that he will buy and receive gas fuel in order to use it for his own purposes by the following gas devices:
- two water boilers with a total power of 9400 kW;
- two steam boilers with a total capacity of 7000 kW.
