1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive delivery and distribution service of high-methane gas fuel (E), to the gas consumption points specified below and in the annexes to the SWZ:
Ogińskiego 6, 58-506 Jelenia Gora,
Sanatoryjna 27, 58-530 Kowary,
Wysokogorska 19, 59-420 Bolkow,
under the principles specified in the Energy Law together with the implementing acts that apply to these proceedings.
The Ordering Party informs that the locations (gas consumption points) indicated in the SWZ are units subject to the Act of January 26, 2022 on special solutions to protect gas fuel consumers in connection with the situation on the gas market.
