Description:
1) The subject of the order is the supply of high-methane natural gas group E for the heating of the building of the District Court Katowice-Zachd in Katowice pl. Wolnoci 10.2) The scope of the subject of the order includes the supply (i.e. sale of fuel and provision of distribution services) of high-methane natural gas group E - in accordance with the PN-C-04753:2011 standard, natural gas for heating purposes to the building of the District Court Katowice-Zachd in Katowice, 40-078 Katowice Plac Wolnoci 10. 3) Office building, equipped with a gas-fuel boiler room, a cascade of three boilers with a maximum power of 340 kW. 4) Contracted power 300 kWh/h, connection group BII, tariff group PSG W-5.1_ZA. 5) A detailed description of the subject of the order, including data of the consumption point and planned quantities of gas fuel consumption, is included in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.6) The maximum quantity of gas fuel delivered under this order is the equivalent of 400,000 kWh.7) Gas supply will be carried out on the basis of a comprehensive agreement regulating the sale of fuel and its distribution and on the basis of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), Civil Code, implementing regulations.8) For...
