Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of high-methane natural gas with the symbol E, including sales and provision of distribution services to the Police Training Center in Legionowo and the Police Cynology Department in Sułkowice.
2. The list of gas fuel consumption points is attached as Annex No. 3 to the Specification terms of the order.
3. The expected amount of natural gas covered by the order in conversion units is attached as Annex No. 4 to the Specification of Conditions orders.
4. The amount of natural gas presented is estimated and informative and is used only to calculate the offer price. Actual the amount of gas purchased will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party and its actual consumption during the term of the contract. In the event of a difference between the estimated consumption and the actual consumption, the Contractor will not pursue any financial claims other than those resulting from the actual consumption. gas fuel consumed by the Ordering Party.
