Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of high-methane natural gas type E to the building of the District Court in Jale, ul. Armii Krajowej 3 Gas is to be supplied on the basis of a contract containing the provisions of a sales contract and a contract for the provision of gas transmission or distribution services (comprehensive contract) and be performed under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of April 10, 1997, Energy Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 266, as amended), the Civil Code and the implementing regulations issued on their basis. Gas quality standards in accordance with Chapter 8 Quality parameters of gas fuels, quality standards of customer service and the method of handling complaints of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of July 2, 2010 on detailed conditions for the operation of the gas system (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1382). The contractor will be obliged to carry out all activities and arrangements with the operator distribution system (DSO), necessary to carry out the supplier switching procedure.
