Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a homologated gas chipper, approved for driving on public roads, with an extract from the approval certificate to be registered in accordance with the content of the contract, the draft of which is Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and in accordance with the description of the subject of the order, constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as OPZ. The chopper being the subject of the order should be brand new, unused, free from physical and legal defects (third parties cannot have rights to it), subject of any proceedings and security. 2. Additional requirements of the Ordering Party: 1) requirement for the supplier to train the Ordering Party's designated employees in the operation of the chipper and to provide full technical and operational documentation in Polish; 2) delivery at the expense and risk of the Contractor to the place indicated by the Ordering Party (in the Pako commune);3) required warranty: min. 12 months, max. 36 months - depending on the period declared in the offer, from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol.
