Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of hospital beds and pediatric beds, in accordance with the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, the List of Required Functions and Technical Parameters constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and in accordance with Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, according to the tasks as follows:
Task 1 - Delivery of hospital beds
Task 2 - Delivery of pediatric beds.
2. The contractor should offer the subject of the order in accordance with the parameters specified by the Ordering Party. Wherever the Ordering Party has not directly specified the size, color or other parameter, it is the responsibility of the manufacturer.nay.
3.The contractor should offer and price all product items listed in the price form. The contractor should provide the name of the manufacturer and the type of product in the price form.
4. The Ordering Party has specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ quality requirements relating at least to theelements constituting the subject of the contract.
5. If the description of the subject of the contract includes references to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party zin accordance with art. 101 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law allows the use of solutions equivalent to those described.
