Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a human digestive system simulator. The subject of the contract is indivisible and has not been divided into parts.
1.1. The perceived subject of the order must be complete and equipped with a user manual, drivers, wiring and accompanying software necessary for proper functioning, i.e. obtaining full functionality. The subject of the contract must be factory new, i.e. unused before the date of delivery. The offered subject of the contract, or no element, on the day the offer is drawn up, it cannot be provided by the manufacturer to withdrawal from production or sales.
1.2. The perceived subject of the contract must have all the documents required by national and EU law allowing it for use in Poland and must come from the official distribution channels of the manufacturer.
1.3. The perceived subject of the contract must be Ready to operate without the need to install additional devices by the Ordering Party and must be equipped with a sufficient number of cables necessary for the proper functioning of the device, as well as allowing it to be connected to standard power sockets, unless in SOPZ marked differently.
By the reaction time to reporting a failure, the contracting authority understands the time of arrival of the website to the headquarters of the Ordering Party, or in justified cases, a preliminary analysis of the cause of the failure through telephone contact on the contractor's side, calculated ...
