Description:
1. Order of the contract: Delivery of human immunoglobulin.
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in this SWZ and:
1) Annex 1 - offer form;
2) Annex 2-assortment and price form;
3) Annex 3 - draft contract.
3. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers. The contracting authority did not divide the order into parts due to the indivisibility of his subject. The subject of the order is one product / one substance. The artificial division of the order would be irrational and could threaten the proper performance of the order. According to the motif 78 and 79 preamble to
Classical Directive 2014/24/EU, the Ordering Party's institution has the freedom to autonomous decision to make the purposefulness of dividing the order into parts on every basis it deems appropriate, guided by its needs in this respect, in particular, having regard to the scope of the subject orders.
4. Number of part of the order (packages, tasks): 1, in accordance with the assortment and price form from Annex 2 to SWZ.
5. Place of order implementation: Pharmacy of the National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology and Rehabilitation.
6. Detailed issues regarding the date of performance Agreements are set out in the draft contract, constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
7. In the cases specified in the draft contract, the deadline for performing the contract may change.
