Description:
The subject of the procedure and order is the selection of a Contractor for the supply of a hybrid apparatus - magnetic resonance imaging with positron emission tomography (MRI/microPET) together with auxiliary equipment of the MRI/PET laboratory - 1 set as part of the project entitled "Center for the Development of Disease TherapyCivilizational and Age-Related. Subject of the contract co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Smart Growth Operational Program 2014-2020 under the contract No. POIR.04.02.00-00-D023/20-00 concluded between the Information Processing Center -National Research Institute and the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum. Together with the offer, the contractor must submit the relevant evidence described in point 5) of the SWZ. The Employer requires the bid to be submitted after the Contractor has completed a site inspection in accordance with the provisions of point 30) of the SWZ. The Employer requires thebid bond in accordance with the provisions of point 25) SWZ.
