Description:
The subject of the procedure and the order is to select a Contractor for the delivery of a hybrid apparatus - MRI with positron emission tomography (MRI / microPET) with auxiliary devices of the MRI / PET laboratory - 1 set as part of the project entitled Disease Therapy Development CenterCivilization and Age-related ". The subject of the contract is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020 on the basis of the contract No.POIR.04.02.00-00-D023 / 20-00 concluded between the Information Processing Center -National Research Institute and the Jagiellonian University - Collegium Medicum. The contractor, together with the offer, must submit the evidence in question described in point 5) of the SWZ. The Ordering Party requires the submission of an offer after the Contractor has completed a site visit in accordance with the provisions of point 30) of the SWZ. The contracting authority requires aTender bond in accordance with the provisions of point 25) of the SWZ.
