Description:
I. Subject of the contract.
The subject of the order is the supply of hydrogen fuel divided into two parts:
Part I
1. Subject of the order.
1.1. The subject of the order is the supply and distribution of hydrogen fuel* in the amount of 201 960 kg. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of extending the order underOption rights by a size of 140,000 kg in relation to the basic order.
1.2. Given in point 1.1. The number of the subject of the contract is an estimated value, in the event of a quantitative purchase by the Ordering Party during the contract, the purchase is considered to be completed without any claimsdamages. The contracting authority guarantees the implementation of the subject of the order at the level of 180,000 kg.
1.3. The supply of hydrogen fuel as part of the basic order will take place for 11 12 -meter buses - from 0.08.2025 to 31.07.2028
Delivery of hydrogen fuel under the lawThe options will take place in two variants:
a) 40,000 kg for 11 12-meter vehicles-during the entire duration of the contract,
b) 100,000 kg in addition to 7 12-meter buses-from 04/04/2026 to 31.07.2028
1.4. The daily demand of the Employer for hydrogen fuel in the case ofThe basic order is about 350 kg, +/- 20%.
1.5. The daily demand of the Employer for hydrogen fuel if the option of the option is exercised is a maximum of 550 kg.
