Description:
1December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 20124.502 as amended).
A vehicle manufactured not earlier than 3 months before the date of delivery of a given batch of order and unsolved (bus mileage at the timeDeliveries not higher than 500 km).
As part of the contract, the contractor will also be obliged to:
- conductingtrainings specified in detail in the draft contract constituting an attachment to SWZ,
- authorization for technical service and warranty and post-warranty repairs of each of the buses delivered,
- providing the contracting authority with all documentation in Polish requiredfor the proper operation of buses, including full repair and service documentation,
- providing the necessary documentation (in accordance with Polish law) to register each of the buses provided by the Ordering Party in order to operate them on the Polish market,
