Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of 14 factory new, low -floor, environmentally friendly standard city buses with electric power powered by hydrogen cells and length in the range from 11.8 m to length in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws 20124.502 as amended).
A vehicle manufactured not earlier than 3 months before the date of delivery of the given party and unpoliced (bus mileage at the time of delivery not higher than 500 km).
The buses offered must be one brand, identical in terms of construction, technical parameters as well as completing and equipment, taking into account the provisions of the draft contract.
As part of the contract, the Contractor will also be obliged to:
- conducting training the agreement specified in the draft constituting an attachment to SWZ,
- providing authorization for technical service as well as warranty and post -warranty repairs of each bus delivered,
- providing the ordering party with all documentation in Polish required for correct bus operation, including full repair and service documentation,
- providing the documentation necessary (in accordance with Polish law) to make the registration of each of the buses provided in order to operate them on the Polish market,
