Description:
1 The contractor's duties should be provided with the ordering with its own transport and at its own cost, along with bringing, hygiene articles specified in the beginning No. 1 to SWZ, to the place indicated by the ordering place (room) in the buildingMarshal's Office of the Pomeranian Voivodeship at 21/27 Okopowa Street, Augustyskiego 1 and Augustyskiego 2, in quantities determined according to the emergency needs. 2. The Ordering Party guarantees the implementation of the contract at a level of not less than 70% of the gross value of the contract. 3. BD deliveries are successively implemented,As the Employer needs need, based on the CLASSE issued by the framework with the assortment and quantities of ordered articles 4. The costs of transport and packaging are covered by the contractor. 5. The supplied articles must be originally packed/closed and devoid of legal and physical defects. 6.
