Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of IBM software subscription and support services for IBM software together with services extending support:
1) Delivery of IBM software subscription (migration of your licenses for the subscription model) and the delivery of new software subscriptionsIBM. The contractor will provide for all subscriptions the period of applying 36 months from 1.07.2025 the supplied subscriptions should include the manufacturer's support and ensure the continuous legality of the software subject to migration. Detailed requirements and list of softwareThey are specified in No. 1 to SWZ, in sections II and IV. Maximum date of transferring confirmation of subscription delivery and manufacturer's support: up to 10 business days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
2) Renewal of support for IBM licenses. The contractor will provide the manufacturer's support for the licenses heldIBM for a period of 36 months from 01.07.2025. The detailed requirements and list of licenses are specified in No. 1 to SWZ, in sections III and IV. Maximum date of transferring confirmation of the manufacturer's support: up to 10 business days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
3) Additional supportfor delivered products. Detailed requirements are specified in No. 1 to SWZ, in section V.
