- Description:
- 1) The subject of the order is the delivery of brand new ICT equipment to the Primary School in Bestwina. A detailed description of the subject of the order for part 1 is attached as Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.2) As part of the subject order, the Ordering Party requires: - sale and delivery of a brand new equipment, - granting a warranty by the Contractor and ensuring warranty service within it, - providing documentation of the delivered equipment by the Contractor at the stage of quantitative and qualitative acceptance, - so that deliveries are carried out in consultation with the directors individual primary schools, and all work related to the order was completed within the time specified in the offer. 3) The contractor is obliged to deliver, in accordance with the description, individual elements of the order to the Primary School in Bestwina, 43-512 Bestwina ul. Szkolna 11.4) The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to provide at least: a 24-month warranty period and warranty for defects, which is one of the offer evaluation criteria and which period may be extended by the Contractor to the maximum scored period of 60 months.5) Materials, devices and equivalent solutions: a) Devices described in the tender documentation (SWZ and its annexes)...
