Description:
1. The subject of the order is: delivery of implants for arthroscopy procedures together with the lease of instruments, arthroscopic tower and auxiliary equipment, as well as delivery of endoprostheses and biomaterials, in accordance with the requirements of Annex 1A. The subject of the contract is divided into 11 packages:
Package No. 1 - Iarthroscopy implants with tower, instrumentation and auxiliary equipment rental
Package No. 2 - arthroscopy implants with tower, instrumentation and auxiliary equipment rental
Package No. 3 - arthroscopy implants with tower, instrumentation and auxiliary equipment rental
Package No. 4 - Substitutesbones and biomaterials
Package no. 5 - Radius endoprostheses
Package no. 6 - Vertebroplasty cement and implant cemented to Th and L
Package no. 7 - Suprametacarpal joint endoprosthesis
Package no. 8 - Wrist endoprosthesis
Package no. 9 - Joint endoprosthesis knee
Package No. 10 - Endopknee rote with cement
Package No. 11 - Spine stabilization - rotator tooth
